There is a reason why people are looking towards Boot camp and that is. Boot camps are a fun, energizing a great approach to healthy and enhance your fitness while you are around others having the same objectives as you! Here are only a couple reasons; we will be seeing you at our next boot-camp:
- Accountability: If you know your friends are waiting at the boot camp for you, you will be less likely to hit snooze in the morning
- Built-In H.I.I.T: Is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Boot camps give you the perfect opportunity to engage in regular interval training.
- Efficiency: You experience a whole body workout in one session, including strength, cardio & motivation!
- Motivation: You are working together with a group of like-minded people, who are supportive!
- Variety: Break up your boring, monotonous sessions with boot-camp Training, where you will be kept guessing from session to session to session! With every session different
