Enduring Saturday

An Endurance session in the shade of a tree with an added bonus run.  This endurance is pushing the body a little past where you feeling comfortable. The help get the body used to working a little longer not just for work but for playing longer. We f   ind that part inside to push on throughout the session. A great workout and very proud of what they did. The Saturday morning 7pm class @ Dunlop Park
